First Lego League

FIRST LEGO LEAGUE: "Into Orbit Challenge"
When: Through November or December (TBA); Tuesdays, 3:30-4:30 p.m.
Where: Middle school campus
Who: All fourth through eighth grade students
Cost: $135
FIRST LEGO® League is part of a state-wide competition STEM program that introduces students grades 4 - 8 to real-world engineering challenges by building LEGO® based robots to complete tasks on a thematic playing surface. Our FIRST LEGO® League team will have hands-on robotics fun while transferring classroom concepts to real-world applications. Students will be challenged to research scientific problems and present solutions, while working with LEGO® MINDSTORMS®. The season culminates in a competition with other teams fromacross our state.
*Tournament season is November-March.
